Screen blinking after using a optimizer
Hi OS: Windows 7 ultimate Using "Perfect optimizer" i optimized windows, but after that screen blinks all the time, surfing net, playing Windows games and all works. mean while, i've to click on items more than regular to use them (i.e. 2 times click to select a tab in IE, 4 times!! click to move a man in chess game). So i uninstalled/installed VGA driver again but it didn't help, it's really PERSECUTOR Thanks for helping me.....MCP#3314468 MCSA:Security, MCSE:Security

You will have to UNDO everything Perfect Optimizer did to your computer. If a System Restore to a point before you ran Perfect Optimzer doesn't help the situation, the you will probably have to reinstall Windows 7 and start over with your system. Not having a detailed log of what Perfect Optimizer did to your computer makes it virtually impossible to tell you what needs to be done to fix it!Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. There is very little risk involved with System Restore as long as you don't try restoring from two or three weeks ago. It changes none of your documents or emails, and has little effect on installed programs other than fixing their association with system files. You may lose functionality on programs that were installed between now and the restore point you pick, but not too likely. It's definitely less risky than a clean or repair install, which may be your only other choices. SC Tom -There's no such thing as TMI when asking for tech support.
