Seagate NAS 220BlackArmour Discovery Crashes

I installed my BlackArmour software and once i open the program it keeps crashing, error message " Black Armour Application has stopped working - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

Have also run compatibility troubleshooter and no success

I have downloaded the latest software from Seagate and re-installed and still getting same message.

Can see NAS drive through the network and access log in page and files on drive.

I would suggest you to check this with the Software vendor.

You can also refer to event logs for details.

Thanks, have done so but been waiting for a week now for Seagate to assist, thats why i tried this forum.
