What is the purpose of security center service in "services.msc" and is it safe to disable this service?1 person needs an answerI do too

It is belong to Windows Security Center which monitor security in your system such as AntiVirus , Firewall and check if system is update or NOT and if Anti-Virus did not get update for long time . I do NOT recommend to turn it off as long as it monitor overall of your system security and tell you what to do when there is security concern.
