I'm trying to download audio books using Overdrive, and I have done absolutely everything to try to get the Media Player security upgrade to work. Every time, I get the response "The component cannot be upgraded," but absolutely no explanation.I've tried it from both the website and the Overdrive tool bar (I get no response at all from the Overdrive tool bar.)I've tried re-naming the DRM folder. I've tried clearing the cache on the DRM folder and deleting everything in the folder. I've tried installing a new version of media player.I've tried re-working msconfig startup (following instructions I found on a different forum)I've tried removing my firewall to allow the website to work.I've added the drmlicense website as a trusted site.I am completely at my wit's end.Please help!1 person got this answerI do too
