In Outlook, I select an e-mail link and the Microsoft Development Environment debugger app starts up and then a dialog box displays, "An exception of type 'unknown exception' was not handled." The debugger can be closed, but any subsequent attempts to access the Internet starts the debugger again. I must then reboot to eliminate that situation, only for the same situation to happen on the second attempt to access the Internet. What must I do to stop the debugger app from kicking in?
