Selective webpage connection errors only occur when downloading files on download
Initially, I attempted to install Microsoft Fix it 50416 from the microsoft download database to solve an uninstallation issue with my computer (http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/officeinstall/thread/235c38bf-8c1e-49f4-81f0-cf32d56afece). However, the link to the fix it returned a browser message saying the computer could not connect to the webpage. After clearing cache and cookies from my computer, the problem persisted, so I attempted to scan my computer with Avira antivir and malwarebytes software. Both programs, however, refused to start, so I decided to check the websites for an explanation. In attempting this, I encountered the exact same error and browser message as I did in the Microsoft download center. In regards to potential harmful software, I recently installed Fiddler2 debugging system, which I removed from my computer after experiencing these connection errors. As of now, I cannot access any downloadable content from download.microsoft.com. Are any solutions available to me at this time? If more information is needed, please consider reading my previous discussion from the link aboveBest regards,-AM1 person needs an answerI do too
