Sending and Receiving email
This morning Outlook Express would not send or receive mail. Then, for no reason it did. Now, again for no reason, it won't. Error Message CC79 The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'Email removed for privacy'. Subject '', Account: 'mail.gotalk.net.au', Server: 'mail.gotalk.net.au', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '450 4.7.1 <Email removed for privacy>: Recipient address rejected: Policy Rejection- Quota Exceeded.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 450, Error Number: 0x800CCC791 person got this answerI do too

I don't think that the problem is on your computer. Quota Exceeded probably indicates that the recipient's mailbox is full.
