Since there are a great deal users having major problems trying to install for window 7 and vista on both x64 and x86 systems why doesn't Microsoft do somthing to fix the issue. If this were just a couple users I could see why there would be no action by Microsoft. So what's up with Microsoft not being proactive in solving this problem. I have a brand new laptop HP Pro Book 4530s x64. I have downloaded and installed every update Microsoft has sent me except sp1 and Explorer 9. I have found some things to try but why do I have to go through this agony with no support from Microsoft? Let know if there is an easier fix. Slowbull
