My sister's account has been hacked, I tried to help her get it back.The secret question's answer has been changed and there is no alternate email (as far as she knows).It's sending weird emails and spam to all her contacts, I received one also because I am on her contacts list, this is how it looked like:"Hello, I'm sorry for this odd request because it might get to you too urgent but it's because of the situation of things right now,I'm stuck in a Hotel very close to Cadogan Gardens London right now,I came down here on vacation ,I was robbed, worse of it was that my bags, cash , credit cards and cell phone was stolen off me at GUN POINT, it's such a crazy experience for me, I need help flying back home, the authorities are not being 100% supportive but the good thing is that i still have my passport but presently my passport and my things are been held down by the hotel management pending when i make payment , please i need you to loan me some money, i will refund you as soon as I'm back home, i promise.Thanks" Can anybody help???She has had this account for years, all her important files and photos are in it, including contacts.Need help ASAP, please.1 person got this answerI do too

HiThis account (you did not mentioned anything about it) probably have a support service, you should contact them.There is nothing that any body can do for you, only the server owner and there support have management access to the server.BTW, in the future use an account that provides pop3 service so all the emails, pictures, etc. can be stored locally on your computer too.
