Anyone know if there are any plans, dates, ... on a Skype Business client for MAC?

Currently, only the Windows version has been released.

I am afraid I am not able to answer your question now, but the next version of Office for Mac will be released this year, the Skype for Business for Mac client should be included in it.

Thanks. So I would think based on that we should see a preview soon if Skype for Business will be included in the new Office for Mac as well. Guess I'l just keep waiting then. :-)

ANY UPDATE??  THIS IS NEEDED NOW SINCE IT IS DEPLOYED FOR WINDOWS USERS!!  THIS NEEDS TO BE A WIDESPREAD UPDATE!!

Still not included in the next Office for Mac so I guess you will have to wait a bit longer.

Microsoft have update the old client last month:

But the KB still talks about march update even though it was updated in april.

Looks like they dont care much about the mac users.

Or perhaps they will be ditching the client in favour of webrtc?

So, now that Office for Mac 2016 has been released, what is the status on Skype for Business for Mac?  I did not see it included in my download options as an Office 365 customer.

Any further insight here?
