Sleep mode - goes to sleep, and immed comes out... and have tried **all** recommended solutions...
Powercfg –devicequery wake_armed showed just keyboard, mouse, replaced, completely unplugged, still woke, changed mouse to Dell, no keyboard at all, still woke. Turn IR mouse upside down, in case it was sensing something. Nope When to Wake on LAN 1. Go to Device Manager 2. Click Network Adapters 3. Double click on Network Connection 4. Click on Power Management Tab 5. Uncheck both the Wake on Directed Packet and magic packet no luck Something in MSconfig? – a LOT there. Don't know what to turn off Changed everything reasonable in Change Advanced Power Settings Went into Device mgr, allowed and not allowed computer to turn off this device to save power, also tried on and off settings with allow device to wake computer, also magic packet on and off Went into device mgr and turned everything on to allow computer to turn off device Unplugged everything, including RJ-45, when starting to go to sleep, even unplugged monitor and mouse. No luck. Tried replacing Logitech with Dell mouse. No luck, Tried power options, advanced when sharing media allow computer to sleep set to youes

Hi, You may try Clean Boot to determine whether the 3rd party application cause this issue. Please follow the article in the following link. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/331796 And I would like to advise you that almost issues like this is caused by the hardware driver or BIOS. So you may also try to update the BIOS to latest version.
