My computer is very slow. And I have to click on icons multiple times before the computer responds. It also freezes up alot. What could be the solution to this problem?6 people need an answerI do too

hello dascia it seems like your computer is infected with malwar or spy ware to fix this problem download microsoft security essintials go to your internet explore web browser and go to the question mark on top of your write hand of the screen go to online support and find microsoft sucurity essentials if you dont see it do a search typy in the words. Once you found it download it. Once is downloaded go in it and get the latest definitions files that you need to protect your computer. Once you did all that run a scan make sure you run a full scan. it might take like two hours or so depending how much files you have in your computer. Another thing that might be cousing your computer to slow up is disk space on your hard drive if you have to much files on it that could do it. another thing you can do is defragmintete your hard drive hope this info helped please let me know how it went if you need further assistance ill be glad to helpGood Luck
