Please install the WPT (http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/4847.install-the-windows-performance-toolkit-wpt.aspx , open a cmd prompt with admin rights and run this command
xbootmgr -trace standby -traceFlags BASE+CSWITCH+DRIVERS+POWER -resultPath C:\TEMP
After the standby and resume is done, zip and upload the generated ETL file.
