Spotify not loading
I cannot get Spotify to work at all. I click on the shortcut, the security warning pops up, select allow but then nothing at all happens. Any ideas on how to return to all that spotify lovliness? I am running a Dell mini 9, 2g Ram.

frenchda - Assuming you are referring to this Spotifyand not something else...I'm going to confess that I have no direct experience with this particular app - but I can recommend the usual troubleshooting tips... First off, make sure you've got the latest update available for the software. Secondly, you can check the Event Viewer in the Control Panel's administrative tools section to see if there are any reports of this application causing problems. IF you do see something, please post the error message... If you right-click on the shortcut on the desktop, and go to properties, there is a tab marked Compatability - with options below it. First thing to try would be to have the app running in Admin Mode - check the box at the bottom. Click OK and try it again. If that doesn't work - right-click on the shortcut, click properties again, and the compatability tab - try Compatability mode - set it for XP SP2. Click OK and try again. And if that STILL doesn't work, you can try contacting the Spotify people to see if they've got any further information on Windows 7 support. They may not yet support the OS.
