When I scroll over Start button and taskbar the hour glass appears.I can open a few programs on the screen but computer seems slow.Recovery does not seem to work. Laptop has quarantined ghost viruse which has never been a problem. Computer skills are very limited.Opened in safe mode and have done scan disk and task manager but nothing seems to be running in background.
