Dear All, I am stuck with a issue. OS is Windows 7. So, user1 logs into his windows 7 pc with his AD credentials, and the application runs properly in backgroud but the problem is that.. when the other user2 logs in the same computer, the monitoring program wont run. Pls provide some help

Hi, May I know what is the application? Did you change any settings when logging with use2? Please make sure the application is in Startup list and check other users. If the issue only occurs on user2, please delete the user profile and recreate it. If the issue occurs on all other users, I suggest reinstalling the program to check the result.
