I just upgraded my wife's HP Pavilion DV6700 from Windows Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Ultimate. Upon trying to complete the installation after the final restart (just after I insert the product keys) the system goes back into a complete reboot. I cannot seem to get it past that point. Actually I have gotten a bit further. The farthest I have gotten the system to go is just past the time zone page, then it goes back into reboot mode. I did the upgrade advisor, and all was supposedly well. I went through the simple upgrade process, attempting to save my existing settings. Now I don't seem to be able to recover to any point. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
