Storage Space Warning

Storage Space Warning

I have a message relating to my Two-way mirror 6.00  TB using 2 GB pool capacity.

The warning message reads "Reduced resiliency; check the physical drives section.

How do I fix the problem and do i need Two-way mirror; if not how do I remove it.

I also have an external physical drive (WD My Passport) that has a warning; Retired add a drive then remove this drive.

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Regards

Karl

Hello Karl,

Do you use external hard drive WD My Passport as part of storage space?
Do you receive the two error at the same time? Please share us a screenshot for better analyzation.

About the Two-way mirror, Two-way mirror spaces can tolerate one disk failure, if you want to protect you from the a single disk failure, you could use two-way mirror. In this situation, you will need to use at least two disks.

Please take a look at the reply of Joakim_Ho in the following thread.
