Is possible synchronize passwords between OpenLdap and FIM. I dont want change password via Portal, but copy from open to fim and vice versa.

Example, user change password in Linux or change in Windows, the passwords are copied to all bases.

only AD can be used as a source for password changes, but you can then sync that PW to many sources.

I never used openLDAP MA with PW sync but since it is based on the ECMA Framework I assume it can exports PWs to the destination LDAP.

There is also a Genaric LDAP Connector with Password Management support:
