TROUBLE WITH OUTLOOK EXPRESS
I have discovered that my Outlook Express works fine as long as I am connected to the internet thru my Blackberry.However-it doesn't work thru my home wireless connection.Everything was fine until I plugged my Blackberry in to my computer to charge.Ever since then Outlook Express doesn't recognize any other connection. How do I fix this ? Thanks1 person needs an answerI do too

I don't know if I will be able to help with this or not, but I'll try. Wireless is not really my thing.Define: Outlook Express doesn't recognize any other connectionIt opens, correct? When you try to send or receive, do you see any error messages? Please post any error message in its entirety. You can left click on it to highlight and then right click to copy and then paste it into this thread.Bruce HagenMS-MVP Oct. 1, 2004 ~ Sept. 30, 2010Imperial Beach, CA

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'telcom', Server: 'mail.telcomconstruction.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0EI posted the other day when I thought my Outlook Express was messed up.I have since been able to hook my Blackberry up and low and behold-I can send and receive from Outlook but when unhook my phone-I get this error message.Thank you for responding.

Watch your shorthand. Outlook and Outlook Express are not the same program. Is your computer wireless? It seems somehow shutting down your BB is resulting in a loss of connection. I have no idea why this would happen and will have to let someone else tackle this one.Sorry.Bruce HagenMS-MVP Oct. 1, 2004 ~ Sept. 30, 2010Imperial Beach, CA

Yes my computer is wireless. The internet works fine without the blackberry being hooked up and connected-just the Outlook Express is acting up.Doesn't make sense to me but I can't seem to get it working. Thanks for trying !
