Hi there...is there any good practice for taking ownership of system drive and all the folders below that. Is it ok if admins can set to take ownership of those mentioned objects in the systems. Can you please let me know...VT

Hi Milos...thanks for your reply...I installed a new win 7 OS and joined to the domain. When I was trying to access the folders under the Program files (x86) and Prog files, I got message - you need to have admin privileges to open (even in my admin account). Then I changed the ownership in the owner tab to Admin group and I didnt get that message. Then I was trying to look for some good practice...Any advice...pls let me know...or do you think I have to re-install the OS again to continue...VT
