In the last few weeks, it is taking 3 to 5 minutes after I go into the "start" menu and click, "Turn off computer" before the 3 option menu appears: Log Off, Shut Down, or Restart. It used to come up within a second or two. Once the menu comes up, it does shut down appropriately. I have the Windows XP Media Home Edition 2002 version.
