Hi there. I'm having a problem with vista. When I had xp in I was able to use a tool called drtcp to opimise my tcp receive settings. With vista however I cant use it. I've done a tweak test on www.dslreports.com and vista has set it to low for me to get full speed out of my 8meg connection. Is there any other way Ican set it manualy?
