Test signatures not working in Windows 7 beta
Hi all,I'm using Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 (enterprise edition) beta in HP DL585 G5 server.I want to test my unsigned driver with this beta edition, so I've created test-signature (& installed the certificate in the box) and enabled test-signing (by giving "bcdedit /set testsigning on" in elevated command prompt). My observations are,- I *do not* see water-marks of "test-mode" in four corners of the screen.- After installed certificate, the system says digital certificate is ok; but on restartm system directly goes to "System recovery options"- The advanced options "Disable driver signature enforcement" doesn't work :(- Even "Safe mode", is not completely booting, it just restarts. Is there any issue in Win7 x64 beta release with test signatures. I'm embedded my signatures with my .sys file.. The same was working in Win2k8, but here in Win7beta is not working.Anybody is seeing similar kind issues..Thanks,Gokul TV

You should see one watermark in the downright corner in top of "Windows 7" saying "TestMode".Note that this is not the right forum to post issues on driver development, such questionsshould be directed to the Driver development NG.
