Unfortunately,Text Prediction doesn't work :(

I check Text prediction feature in Option.

Text Prediction is available in English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish. If you want to use one of these languages and it isn't installed, install the language files for that language.
what language that you prefer as keyboard setting?
did you open the OSK first, and then go to the Start screen or app? the correct step will be open OSK first then open notepad or any other word processing. try it at different app like (browser, word ect) to test

Unfortunately,does not work. i can capture short movie from this.

I think exist a bug in OSK

i think there is no bugs regarding OSK with text prediction
