When trying to print a document on the laser printer on my wife's computer, I get the message "The RPC Server is unavailable." We are both running XP Home Edition, SP3. I've previously been able to use her printer, and don't know if this message refers to her computer, or to mine. The Remote Procedure Call Service is running on both machines. We are both running Zone Alarm, which I imagine is configured correctly, as I was able to connect in the past. We are also both running AVG anti-virus, and Winpatrol. 2 people need an answerI do too
