Fresh install of Windows 7 Pro, Not Beta.
Fully Updated.
Tried removing and rejoining.
Tried Manually making computer account on server and same error.
Tried Renaming.
Google
By the way: " Windows NT or Windows 2000 Domain Controller \\W08SVR1.xxxxx.org" This is actually a Server 2008 R2 Enterprise

I think i over thought this issue.
I was trying to remove and redeploy on network while network cable was left plugged in.
While it was unplugged I de-deployed to a random work group name restarted plugged cable in and redeployed. Worked and solved. YAY
