Can start HP Compac 8710w w Windows 7 Home Premium but cannot create user accounts. No Default user account. Have Administrator, Public, Temp & [my logon]. Other Windows 7 PCs do not have Temp User. Was using HomeGroup, but stopped. Purchased Windows 7 Home Premium upgrade but was assisted in a clean install on a new hard drive. No Default User in Windows Home Server backups. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
