Hi,
Please let me know what is that file such as the type or other file information and if it is created by other programs.
Is it able to create a new file with the same name and remove the older one? Before doing this, please back up it.

Hello Sabrina. I am having this same problem. I am using Windows search to ID images that are over "x"-pixels' height. Then I am trying to drag and drop batch-file more than ~20 of them in Windows Vista--and I get this error. I applied Full perms to the
folder in question.
Vista Home Premium SP2.

Hi,
Is the Office program installed? Which version of Office did you install? Please check that if it is able to open the .docx or .xlsx files directly.
Also, please check if the file name or the path is too long. Please use a shorter file name for the file, or move the file so that its full path is shorter
to have a test. Also, please check if there is any special symbol in the file name.
