Reproduce step:
1.Shift+click restart in WIN8x64 UEFI OS, then select Troubleshoot>>Advanced>>Startup setting>>Restart
2.After wait for several minutes in startup setting interface the system will auto shutdown
The system will be auto shutdown enter windows startup setting interface for waiting several minutes

=>This issue will show every times when entered the startup setting interface wait for a few minutes.
Did you download or install anything before problem started?
=>No,if installed win8 x64 in UEFI mode have this problem,but installed win8 x64 or win8 x86 in legacy mode not have this problem.In addition,installed win8.1(9448) in UEFI mode haven this problem too.
So, I want to know if was the win8 x64 OS knew issue or BIOS issue.
