I've been trying to create custom themes for Windows 8, the problem I've got is that the "color intensity" setting doesn't seem to save.  I've also tried making a theme that looks the same using the "brightness" setting, no joy.  When I deploy it, those settings go back to default, so the theme I've created looks too dark.  Bizarrely I had to go into the registry to manually change the title bar colour - now that setting was saved and appears on the client no problem!

I've gotten around it by deploying a registry update but really it would be better to have it all in the theme pack so I can force the computer to use it using the Personalization GPO.

Is this is a bug or am I doing something wrong?
