1.) The "All Programs" window in the start menu is empty.....nothing shows2.) The "Restore system" command runs, reloads and restarts and then tells me that nothing has changed because the system experienced an "Unexpected error."3.) IE8 does quite well, I have had no problems connecting to any site EXCEPT my bank. It will not even load the front page which is NOT a secured site.....the page seems to hang, the "connecting" indicator spins for more than an hour if I let it but it will not connect.......this I find VERY strange since it has no problems with any other page.
