I'm rather disappointed that little things like this haven't been addressed even in W7.I always set my time to the 24hr clock. I find it rather exasperating that we can't just set that by right clicking the clock! Why force us to go into regional settings for such a basic change?Please add something as intuitive as this to the clock itself and think of other places such changes could be brought in to streamline the experience.Cheers.

When deciding such a feature the developers must weigh the cost with the gained benefit.Given that this isn't something many Americans do and those that do it only do it once it seems doubtful that the benefit will outweigh the cost.

Isn't this just something you set once and then forget about it for five years? Or do you change often between the two time formats?
