Re: message of 11/12 I tried a new identity, sent myself a message in that new identity. Came back with new error message: Ox800ccc19.Also reset the IP Stack. Followed the directions correctly, and that did not fix my problem of not being able to receive or send mail in Outlook Express. My page with your instructions has expired, so have to start over with this message. Thanks1 person got this answerI do too
