When I reboot, windows partially loads and then Toshiba folder appears and I have to close it before loading continues. Cannot find a reason-it is not listed in start up.

Thanks for your reply. Could not get the clean-boot to open so I did it manually. Of course the Toshiba page did not load on start up then, but when I returned to a normal start up it was back again. What now?..
