Trojan Downloader:Java/openconnection.jr
Loaded Microsoft security essentials and found out I have a Trojan Downloader on my computer. I'm unable to remove from PC, even though other users are able to run Microsoft Essentials and are advised virus has been removed. When I, as the PC administrator attempt to run, I cannot and receive an error code Ox800705b4 not allowing me to turn on real time protection. In addition I receive a virus alert saying computer is now infected and I need to buy someone's PC security tools to remove.Has anyone has this problem and how can I remove?Thank you.1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi, Your system seems to be infected by malicious software which is not removed from your system even though you have run the Microsoft security essentials. I would suggest you to run theMalicious Software Removal Tool on the system.Malicious Software Removal Toolhttp://www.microsoft.com/security/malwareremove/default.aspxI would also suggest you to run the online scan on the system and check. Check the link mentioned below.http://onecare.live.com/ Thank you and Regards. Thahaseena MMicrosoft Answers Support Engineer.Visit ourMicrosoft Answers Feedback Forum and let us know what you think.
