Trouble Connecting to Office computer via Terminal Services Gateway
Guess I should start by saying that I am not a techie, so my apologies if my terminology is not quite right or if my question is ridiculously simple. Here goes: I've been asked to login to my office PC via Terminal Services Gateway. I've entered the domain info as instructed by my company's IT folks. But when I try to connect, I get the following error message: "Remote Desktop disconnected. This computer can't connect to the remote computer because the Terminal Services Gateway server address requested and the certificate subject name do not match. Contact your network administrator for assistance." I previously called my company's IT team, who informed me that they "do not support personal laptops." So I suppose I have 2 questions: 1. Is this an issue with my laptop or with something having to do with my company's computer/connection/etc? 2. If it is something to do with my own laptop, is there a simple way to fix it that doesn't require being a programmer? ;-) Thanks for your help!
