Hey guys, I think we have a permissions problem. We have this process that launches when we run one of our programs that needs to use the modems to make a connection. When it launches from the program it launches under the "system" user name. When it's under this name, it doesn't work at all. However, if I end that process and go to a command prompt and start it myself, it starts under the "administrator" user name, which allows it to do its job perfectly fine. Is there a way to allow the "system" user name to have the same permissions for this? Or possibly a way to make the process launch only as a "administrator" or anything but "system"? This wasn't a problem in XP at all, so it's definitely a vista thing. Any ideas?
