I installed black berry device manager on my desktop. It asked me to update, and once I did that, it gave me a command to connect my blackberry to the computer. Afterwards, it told me that the file was corrupt. I deleted the manager from my computer. Now there is a windows installs window that keeps popping off and on my screen. Many of the times it keeps me from running programs correctly. How do I get that from popping off and on. I can't even enjoy using my comptuer. It's hard to turn off, and run other programs. Thanks everyone. It keeps telling me preparing to install. How do I get rid of this mess? 1 person needs an answerI do too

Try run,type: regedit In regedit,expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/software,see if the unwanted is listed,if so,R.click & delete it,close out.Next expand HKEY_LOCAL_USER/software,do the same,once thru,exit regedit.Go to my computer,use the expanded search option (all & hidden files),locate the unwanted & delete.Last,go to run,type: services.msc If its shows,R.click,properties, select: disable
