I installed black berry device manager on my desktop. It asked me to update, and once I did that, it gave me a command to connect my blackberry to the computer. Afterwards, it told me that the file was corrupt. I deleted the manager from my computer. Now there is a windows installs window that keeps popping off and on my screen. Many of the times it keeps me from running programs correctly. How do I get that from popping off and on. I can't even enjoy using my comptuer. It's hard to turn off, and run other programs. Thanks Andrew For your advice. I tried what you said. I ended up having to buy an external hard drive, and backuped all my data. I restarted my window to factory settings. I appreciate all of you on lookers, and giving my profile a visit. Bless Everyone.Phillip
