Trouble with trying to set up out look express. I have windows xp. they said go to tools and click on accounts, there is nothing that says accounts.1 person needs an answerI do too

No Accounts in Tools drop-down box: Go to Start | Run and type in: regedit Click OK and locate this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Outlook Express On the right-hand side of the page, double click: *No modify accts* value. {If this value does not exist, on the Edit menu, click DWORD Value. Type: No modify accts, and press Enter to save the name}. Change the setting of this value from 1 to 0, click OK. That should put it back in the drop-down box. If Accounts is back, good. If not, recreate the *No Modify Accts* value as per above. And if you still find it missing: Restart the computer.
