I have a question regarding Sharepoint with office integration publication in UAG portal.

we have published sharepoint 2010 in UAG. We are using 2FA for portal authentication. after Integrate office to sharepoint users not able to open any documents (word/excel) from shrepoint site. UAG throw an error "you have attempted to access a restricted URL" Then I checked the  option "allow rich clients to bypass the trunk authentication" in share point properties in UAG.  

I wanted to know enabling this option - Allow rich clients to bypass trunk authentication effectively bypass 2FA also?

Can share point documents access directly without using 2 factor authentication?

How to get this work with 2FA?

anyone come across this type of case please help.
