Hi, After checking on SIIG Download center, I find the driver and manual for the USB 2.0 to DVI so that you can try to install it for test. However, if the hardware version is 1, SIIG does not provide the driver for Windows 7. If so,it is suggested trying to install Windows Vista\XP driver under compatible mode to check the issue. Please download the driver for Windows Vista or Windows XP. 1. Right-click the exe. file and choose Properties.2. Under the Compatibility tab, please check the "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and choose "Windows Vista". (or Windows XP)3. Check the box before Run this program as an Administrator below.4. Click OK to save the settings.5. Follow the instruction to install the driver, and test. Also, the display resolution could be adjusted with their Display Utility after installing the driver.
