USMT doesn’t move the user defined wallpaper

Hi!

USMT ( 6.2.9200.16384) doesnt move the user defined wallpaper during the migration from Windows XP Pro SP3 x86 to Windows 8 Ent. x86 (RTM).
There were no installed additional software.
It doesnt matter how to launch Scnstate and Loadstate (locally or from network share).
Ive run the loadstate utility from elevated command prompt.
To save user state Ive used the command:
scanstate.exe c:\UserState /o /localonly /c /efs:skip /v:13 /l:c:\scanstate.log /progress:c:\scanstateprogress.log /i:migapp.xml /i:miguser.xml /uel:180
To restore user state was used the command:
loadstate.exe c:\UserState /c /v:13 /l:c:\loadstate.log /progress:c:\loadstateprogress.log /i:migapp.xml /i:miguser.xml /lac /nocompress
As the wallpaper was set the BMP picture nested on the desktop or in the users Documents folder.
The BMP file successfully moved to the new system but not set as user defined wallpaper.
Ive found it in the loadstate.log:

[shmig] Apply Wallpaper: setting wallpaper registry value for no wallpaper
[shmig] Apply Wallpaper: success

After that the Wallpaper registry key in HCU\Control Panel\Desktop is blank. In some cases it contains default setting.

Thanks.

Hi, as today figured out our guru Ondrej Vysek, try add to ScanState parameters:

/TargetWindows7

But carefully with offline migration, in some build of USMT it fail in step generally.
