Getting this alert and can't find anything that points to a possible cause:

Do you see User services related Event id on the Lync servers?

Run Lync BPA to check if there are any user service related issues

Did you meet any connect issue between Lync and Exchange Server?

If there is no issue you could find, please check if Lync Server and Exchange Server update to the latest version. If not, update them then check if the error message appear again.

I was seeing this alert today as well.  I then ran PERFMON with that counter, "USrv - number of failed contract subcriptions" to Exchange is very high (642.00) and from the reading in PERFMON looks kind of like it is throttled.  It is stable and not moving up and down.  

Lync and Exchange 2013, with relatively up to data CUs.  Can anyone else lend any more details on that?
