I just renewed Norton security and upgraded to their Norton 360 4v system. With that order I added the PC Jumpstart service. While trying to administer the Jumpstart service I was told that I needed to contact Windows because this message was recieved:Unable To Create A System Restore Point.When You Attempt To Turn On The System restore Service, You Receave "Error 2 : The system Cannot Find The File Specified"What do I need to do?1 person needs an answerI do too

Check on the Norton forums; there are known problems with a number of 3rd party firewall/AV suites, including Norton and Zone Alarm, to name a couple.Or go through all your settings in Norton and Jumpstart (if you can get into it) and see if there is a setting that's blocking it.SC TomThere's no such thing as TMI when asking for tech support.
