I access my Hotmail account via Windows live. Having stupidly mislaid my Windows email password, I requested a password reset and received an email (via Blackberry) containing two links one to reset and the other to cancel the reset. When the reset link is copied (manual or cut & paste) into my browser, this returns the following error message: https://accountservices.msn.com/uiemailerror.srf?lc=2057 Clicking on the contact us button takes me to a web help page that offers no solution.Does anyone know how to resolve this?1 person needs an answerI do too
