Unable to Copy Digitally Signed Files
When users are in a remote office connected via a Sonnet connection, they are unable copy files which are digitally signed to prevent the modification of macros. The issue happens whether they are making a copy to the same location or copying it to a new location. If the users go to the main office, they do not have a problem. What would be the cause of this issue?

I don't know the method of signing you are using, certs, or local id's, but on the surface if people are external to the network, I would hazard a guess that the clients cannot resolve the cert issuer to validate the cert.:P Advice offered, If you need more help it is advised to seek the council and advice of paid professionals. The answer is always 42, or reboot.

Hi Stephen Rankin, I agree with Jason, it could be casued by certificate issue. How did you sign the file? Regards, Miya TechNet Subscriber Support in forum. Thank you for the suggestions. We connected a Linux machine on one end and sent the file via FTP to a Unix NAS and still failed. At this point, it looks to be the network side.

Glad you narrow down the issue. I suggest you use some network monitoring tools to find if there's any clue. Regards, Miya TechNet Subscriber Support in forum.
