Hi lbenn1950, · How did you enable the administrator password login?· How many user accounts do you’ve?· Does it prompt you to enter your administrator password when you try to access your documents and bookmarks using the account that you’ve already logged in to? I would suggest you to disable administrator password login by logging into an account with administrator privileges.Note: If you’ve just one administrator account which is inaccessible, then there is nothing much that we can do about it. Steps to disable “Administrator password login prompt”a. Click Start and then on Run box.b. Typecontrol userpasswords2 c. Uncheck the box that says ‘Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer’.
