Can anyone help me? I used BitLocker on my external drive but during the process it froze and restarted my PC. So I guess it wasn't finished But when I turned on my PC, It was already locked. I tried to unlock it but, it wont show up. I try to use BitLocker manager it hangs and I have to restart my PC. I also tried to use CMD (manage-bde -unlock (drive): -recoverpassword (Recovery Key), but it kept on saying "error: An attempt to access a required resource was denied Check that you have administrative rights on the computer" I can't reformat the drive as well. please help?
